ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

In order to provide customers with excellent service, a hotel must have good talent and adequately staffed. Staff manpower planning is a critical element in Rooms Division. However, employee turnover in Rooms Division especially in housekeeping is a perennial and pertinent issue and COVID-19 has exacerbated this workforce problem in hospitality. For this assignment you are required to conduct a literature review on employee perceptions towards working in in Rooms Division (Front Office and Housekeeping).
