1. Each participant should select a SPO challenge which will be: Managing uncertainty • Project Resilience

2. Each participant takes turns to present their challenge. Fellow participants help work on the challenge through supportive, but challenging questioning to encourage a deeper understanding of the challenge, challenging underlying assumptions and exploring ways forward. The basis of the process is not to offer advice or solutions, but to frame helpful questions that will enable the owner of the challenge to come to their options for action.

3. Work collaboratively and support each others’ reflections and learnings to develop a plan for how you can address a work-related SPO challenge

4. (Req.1) Individually identify the challenge you would like to focus on and explore
