Reflect on yours and others’ activities throughout the project. Critically evaluate the project from its inception, through the design stage to implementation and the presentation to management. Marks will be allocated in accordance with the depth of your reflections and inclusion of all the required points mentioned below while providing illustrative examples.

In the Written Reflections, Discuss the Following:

Reflect on the team’s decision-making process for selecting the proposal to be used for Assessment 2 (i.e. the team project). What did you think about the evaluation of ideas and the selection criteria the team used to choose this proposal?  What would you have done differently?

• How well was the project designed? Did you follow the original proposal?  What changed and what remained the same? Explain why?
• What challenges did you face as a team and how did you overcome them?
